STARAÂ is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data as users of the STARS application. STARA's privacy policy applies to all personal information collected by us or sent through the STARA application or STARA Therapist.

2a. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Through your use of the Application. When you first open and agree to create a profile on the STARA application, we can access iCloud data on your iOS device. Afterwards, all information that you input on STARA application will be automatically stored in our data center.
2b. HOW DO WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may use Personal Information:
To send administrative information to you, for example, information about agreements, terms and STARA application policies. Because this information can be important for your application usage. You cannot choose not to receive this communication.
To complete and fulfill your purchase, for example in processing payments, communicating about your purchase and providing customer service to you.
To allow you to contact and be contacted by a therapist or parent as the user has written his mobile number on his profile page.
To allow you to agree to create a profile page, therapy materials, and write therapy reports for children.
Based on what we consider necessary or appropriate: (a) based on applicable law, including laws outside the country of residence; (B) to comply with due process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside the country of residence; (d) to implement our terms and conditions; (e) to support our operational activities or one of our commitments; (f) to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to enable us to push for available laws or prevent damage that we can maintain.
STARA processes your data by applicable privacy and data protection laws. By using our application, you acknowledge and consider the potential diversion. The transfer will be carried out by applicable law and we will take the necessary actions to ensure that the parties involved will provide an adequate level of protection.
STARA is not responsible for the spread of personal data of users which is done using screenshots and other ways outside the features available in the STARA application.
You can change and delete your privacy information, but losing or changing your data because the activities you carry out are not the responsibility of STARA.
3. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
STARA does not ask and urge users not to send us sensitive Personal Information (for example, information relating to race or ethnicity, political views, religion or other beliefs, health or medical conditions, criminal background or union membership) on or through columns information is available on the STARA application. If the information is requested by a therapist or parent for a specific purpose, STARA remains not responsible for the misuse of the information.
